    Our Commitment

    Nectar is an AI-only content platform. All characters, images, and content on our platform are generated entirely by artificial intelligence. No real individuals are depicted, employed, or involved in the creation of any content.

    We are firmly committed to the prevention of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and all forms of modern slavery. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or activity that promotes, facilitates, or is connected to human trafficking or exploitation of any kind.


    Prohibited Content and Activities

    The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

    • Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
    • Any content that sexualizes minors in any form, including AI-generated content. We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
    • Any content that promotes or glorifies forced labor, debt bondage, or involuntary servitude.
    • Any use of our platform to recruit, advertise, or facilitate trafficking of persons.
    • Any content that depicts non-consensual activities or promotes coercion.

    Detection and Enforcement

    We employ a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and prevent prohibited content on our platform. Our moderation processes include:

    • Automated content filtering and detection systems to identify potentially harmful content before and after publication.
    • Regular audits of platform content to ensure ongoing compliance.
    • Immediate removal of any content found to be in violation of this policy.
    • Permanent suspension of accounts found to be in violation.

    Cooperation with Law Enforcement

    We are committed to cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities in the investigation and prosecution of human trafficking and exploitation. We will:
