Common Support Troubleshooting
- Login or Account Problems: Try resetting your password first. If you still can’t access your account, reach out via email or Discord.
- Billing & Subscription Questions: Manage your plan directly in Profile > Settings > Subscription and Credits. For any issues, contact us.
- Image/Video Generator Issues: Adjust your prompt to be more specific. If the issue continues, open a ticket.
- Bug Reports & Technical Help: Share details and screenshots (if possible) through Discord tickets or email so our engineering team can review quickly.
