How to Contact Support

- Discord Support (Fastest Option): For quicker responses, join our Discord community and open a support ticket. Our team actively monitors tickets there and can help you faster than email.
Common Support Troubleshooting
- Login or Account Problems: Try resetting your password first. If you still can’t access your account, reach out via email or Discord.
- Billing & Subscription Questions: Manage your plan directly in Profile > Settings > Subscription and Credits. For any issues, contact us.
- Image/Video Generator Issues: Adjust your prompt to be more specific. If the issue continues, open a ticket.
- Bug Reports & Technical Help: Share details and screenshots (if possible) through Discord tickets or email so our engineering team can review quickly.
Important Notes
- You will always get a faster support response on Discord compared to email. Technical requests may take longer since they may need engineering review. For faster help, always provide as much detail as possible (account email, issue type, screenshots).
